What To Pack
Clothes: Basically you need to pack comfortable, long-sleeved tops and long pants to cover arms and legs in order to respect the local culture. Tight-fitting clothes are not recommended. Thank you for your respect!
good walking- or trekking-shoes
water bottle
sandels
warm clothes for cold evenings
rain jacket
General equipment: For shorter excursions a daypack is recommended. For multi-day tours, we recommend a slightly larger backpack without a metal frame, so that it can be easily packed onto mules.
Medication: personal medication, small first aid kit, and medication for gastrointestinal upsets such as Bioflorin or Imodium. Rehydration sachets are also a good idea to avoid dehydration!
