Feel at home in the Atlas mountains

Our Amazigh / Berber family wishes you a warm welcome in our guest house „Amlougui House“. We would like to introduce you to our life here and offer you the chance to have an unforgettable, authentic experience with our family. You will get to see the other side of Morocco and learn about our fascinating culture, which is the real and original culture of Morocco.

You will be treated with respect, openness and kindness when you stay with us in the Atlas mountains. It doesn’t matter if you are on your own, in a group or with your family, you are welcome to spend one or more days in our village and get to know the people and their traditional lives here.

We place a lot of value on respecting nature, using natural resources sparingly, and respectful interaction between people, their culture, tradition and religion. Amlougui House and its employees are remunerated in a fair way and are an essential part of the project „Amlougui House“.

We look forward to welcoming you as our guests at Amlougui House.

About Ibrahim

Quotes and Reviews

I spent some very nice days with Ibrahim at Amlougui house.Ibrahim is a very attentive man who takes care of his guests, family and neighbours. He and his family literally live hospitality. I also got an idea of their kitchen. Each meal was a very pleasure! I personally was and am still impressed by the gentleness of the people in this village, everybody respect and apreciate each other.

Beside of this, Ibrahim is also a very good guide, which can lead you to different experiencies such as Hamam or tours in the mountains. Talking with Ibrahim you also can learn about the thinking and understanding in many livingaspects.

All together and in some words: I spent some very precious, unforgettable days at Amlougi-house and only can recommend it!

Hello again!
First of all, Ibrahim - thank you for your hospitality and the way you helped young Ida (who you saw was a little handicapped)! We all noticed your concern, and we were also pleased how well people in Marocco treated her (Marocco people are so nice!!!) Send my best regards from all in our group
All the best, Ibrahim!
